South Africa completed a 4-0 series victory over Namibia with a 4-0 win in the final Test at Hartleyvale Stadium.

The match was moved to Hartleyvale and marked significant milestones for Jean-Leigh du Toit and Bianca Wood, who both earned their 50th international caps. South Africa made another positive start but were initially unable to turn their possession and attacking pressure into goals. The breakthrough eventually arrived shortly before the end of the first quarter when Caylin Maree converted to give the hosts a 1-0 lead.
Namibia remained competitive and created a few opportunities to draw level during the match. They continued to frustrate the South Africans, limiting clear chances and keeping the contest at 1-0 with only 12 minutes remaining. South Africa eventually pulled away in the closing stages, scoring three further goals to secure a comfortable victory.
Ongeziwe Mali scored the first of the late goals before Hannah Pearce converted from a penalty corner. It was Pearce’s sixth goal of the series. Jean-Leigh du Toit completed the scoring from another penalty corner, marking her 50th international appearance with a goal.
The victory completed an unbeaten four-match series for South Africa as they continued preparations ahead of the FIH Hockey World Cup. The South African Women will next announce their World Cup squad before travelling to Scotland for further preparation matches ahead of the tournament.
