The spirit of indoor hockey will be celebrated in over 900 matches involving 190 teams at Nolands PSi

Nationals 2015 – and it’s the U13s and 14s who get the ball rolling!
After Thursdays’ fun and games at uShaka Marine World’s Wet and Wild, the Girls U13A Section action in the ninth Nolands PSi Nationals takes off Friday with 15 matches on UKZN Westville Court 1. Game one is at 07h15 and the last match ends at 18h30.

First up, though, on Thursday evening, Test matches in Durban and Pietermaritzburg are sure to inspire the young PSi players ahead of their own tests in the days ahead.

The SPAR SA women’s national indoor hockey team take on Namibia at 6pm on St Anne’s Diocesan School for Girls’ (DSG) splendid new court in the KZN capital while the Blitzstokke SA men’s national line-up face Denbeys International All Stars at 7pm at the tried and tested UKZN Westville Court.

These international clashes are the first two of 17 Test matches over nine days in KZN!

So apart from all the thrills and spills in their own games, the junior players at PSi Nationals 2015 are also going to get the opportunity to watch top-class international indoor hockey.

The matches feature South Africa’s national teams, the SPAR SA women and the Blitzstokke SA men, plus visiting countries Namibia, Australia and the USA – and most definitely not forgetting the Denbeys International All Stars!

Go to www.psihockey.co.za home page for dates, times and venues of what are sure to be high-octane encounters.

There is a five-Test series between Namibia and the SPAR SA women; the four-match Denbeys Indoor Series featuring the Blitzstokke SA men and the Indoor World Cup gold medal-loaded Denbeys International All Stars (from Holland, Germany, Spain, Zimbabwe and Namibia).

And last but by no means least, the equally-anticipated SPAR Four Nations showdown between Australia, USA, Namibia and the SPAR SA women.
