Chiefs vs Sharks
Chiefs by 9
The Sharks were very fortunate to win in Dunedin against the Highlanders, the more clinical Chiefs are likely to prove a lot tougher and should win comfortably.
Force vs Bulls
Bulls by 8
The Bulls have improved steadily, and with their young side starting to settle they should score a key away win against an average Force side.
Blues vs Rebels
Blues by 3
The Rebels lead the Australian conference at the moment, but both sides have been two of the most inconsistent in the tournament. Home ground advantage makes the Blues favourites.
Highlanders vs Brumbies
Highlanders by 5
After their shock loss against the Sharks, the Highlanders will be as determined as ever in a very tight New Zealand conference. The Brumbies were poor against the Crusaders at home and a trip to Invercargill will hardly be easier.
Reds vs Cheetahs
Reds by 12
After a promising encounter against the Stormers where the scoreboard flattered the South Africans a bit, the Reds will host a defensively impaired Cheetahs side. Samu Kerevi is in red hot form, and the Queenslanders should win comfortably.
Lions vs Hurricanes
Lions by 4
The Lions are the form African side at the moment, and should beat the Hurricanes in their first match on tour with their balanced approach combined with the boot of Elton Jantjies.
Stormers vs Waratahs
Stormers by 2
The Waraths were convincing in their demolition of the Force, but a spirited defensive effort from the Cape side should see them win in a tense encounter.
Kings vs Jaguares
Jaguares by 8.
The Jaguares surprised everyone by losing to the Sunwolves last week, and should bounce back against the Kings in PE. Considering the quality of their performance last week, I wouldn’t bet my savings on it.
