From the 2025 Glacier Storms River Traverse onwards, Perdeberg Wines will be awarded at the evening podium presentations at Dryland stage races.<\/p>\n

Known as the Home of Chenin, Perdeberg Wines has been an industry leader since 1941, when it was established to ensure that the Agter-Paarl farmers would receive better prices for their premium grapes. In the nearly 85 years since the winery introduced measures which are now industry staples like cold fermentation and employing viticulturists to ensure the best possible fruit reaches the winery. In 2013, the now iconic Dry Land range was launched, made exclusively from grapes from unirrigated vineyards, to critical and commercial success. The first vintage even garnered the prestigious Michaelangelo Awards\u2019 Best Producer title in 2014. Recently, five gold medals were awarded to Perdeberg Wines by the Global Chenin Blanc Masters, reinforcing the winery as the Home of Chenin Blanc.<\/p>\n

The ethos that drives the Dry Land collection\u2019s winemaking process is that Mother Nature provides the best fruit. An approach of minimal intervention and allowing the strain of unirrigated production to produce intense fruit.
