The Six Gun Grill Garden Route Badgers and DP World Lions were electric in Oudtshoorn as the hosts claimed victory in the 1-Day Cup whilst Lions secured victory in the T20 Challenge in the latest round of the Cricket South Africa (CSA) Professional Women\u2019s Domestic League.<\/p>\n
On Saturday, Tazmin Brits blasted a 96-ball 124 (11 fours and 6 maximums) to power Badgers to a 220\/10 total that led to a massive 92-run win.<\/p>\n
Sarah Nettleton was the pick of the bowlers, returning 4\/39 in her 10 overs.<\/p>\n
Badgers\u2019 bowling destruction from Khayakazi Mathe (3\/16), Haroline Rhodes (2\/11), Annerie Dercksen (2\/22) and Jane Winster (2\/31) saw Lions bowled out for 128 in just under 31 overs.<\/p>\n
On Sunday, however, Lions were given the ball first and their disciplined bowling display saw Badgers restricted to 99\/4 in their allotted 20 overs.<\/p>\n
A decent chase for Lions who ended the innings on 100\/6, winning the game by four-wickets thanks to contributions from Kirstie Thomson (31) and Madison Landsman (29).<\/p>\n
