Group E Preview
FIFA ranking: 2
Could well be the most complete squad at the Euro’s and a lot of their players are game changers. Kevin De Buyne the star of the side, with the likes of Lukaku and Hazard there to make sure opposition defenses stay extremely busy! Defensively they’re strong as well with Courtois at the back with a defence including Alderweireld and Vertonghen infront of him. They look well set for an excellent tournament. Axel Witsel there to anchor the midfield I can easily see this team in the Semi’s and possibly even finalists! Predicted finish 1st.

A team that always performs and with Conte at the helm you know they will be well drilled and organised. In Buffon, Bonucci and Chiellini they have experience and cunning that should be enough to help ensure they see off Sweden and Ireland. It won’t be easy though! Motta and De Rossi add more experience in midfield, and Pelle the main threat upfront. There is a feeling that there is a need for more creativity and threat from midfield, and this is perhaps where they will struggle the most. Predicted finish 2nd.

Team Zlatan really. Decent side but the star here is Zlatan and if he fires, anything could happen. Guidietti is a player with bundles of potential – never made it at Manchester City but doing well at Celta Vigo. Kim Kallstrom makes the squad for all the Arsenal fans out there! They’ll stretch Italy and beat Ireland most likely. Predicted finish 3rd.

A hard working team and have done well to reach the tournament. Not many stand out players but they’re excellent as a collective. Shane Long their most dangerous with McGeady a player who has moments of wonderful brilliance. Coleman and Brady look dangerous down the flanks and if they keep things tight could surprise Italy or Sweden. Though it’s a doubt they will, 4th in a hard group for them.
