Entries open for the iconic FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN

Entries are open for the 3rd annual FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN.

A bucket list for runners, walkers and overall fun seekers, the FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN celebrates all that is Cape Town – the vibe, the city and the people!

“Cape Town is one of the most beautiful cities in the world,” says Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports.  “We are proud to host an event that both highlights and celebrates the city’s splendour.  The FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN attracts entrants from all walks of life including local and international running champions, corporate teams and runners/walkers who put on fancy dress outfits and enjoy the fun, party atmosphere on route.  We are excited to celebrate the 3rd running of the FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN in 2017.”


Starting at Woodbridge Island in Milnerton, the route follows the coastline through the Harbour, past key city landmarks, including Cape Town Harbour, Grand Parade and the V&A waterfront, before finishes at the Portside building in the heart of Cape Town.

Start Venue: Woodbridge Island, c/o R27 and Loxton Road, Milnerton (Cape Town)
Finish Venue: Portside Building, c/o Mechau and Bree Streets (Cape Town, CBD)
Entry Fee: Standard:  R160.00 (licensed runner) / R180.00 (unlicensed runner)
  Gold Package:  R670.00 (licensed runner) / R690.00 (unlicensed runner)

Online entries will open on Monday, 16 January 2017.  Late entries WILL NOT be accepted after midnight on Sunday, 07 May 2017.

 Good News for licensed club runners:  If you enter before Sunday, 22 January 2017 you will pay R120 for a standard entry.
