The Transfer window slammed shut on Tuesday as Dirk smashed both Tyron and myself with his predictions. Well played Dirk, making up points as fast as Swansea!
MATCH: Burnley 1 – 1 Man City
Burnley 1 – 2 Man City
Burnley’s fantastic start has faded and City are galavanting to the title while those around them continue to stumble. Its really quite boring.
Dirk is away becoming an uncle this week and forgot to submit his predictions in all the excitement.
Burnley 0 – 2 Man City
Burnley are overachieving and we’re talking about the club who have the 3rd highest spend on defence, including countries.
MATCH: Bournemouth 2 – 1 Stoke
The impressive performance against Chelsea and playing back at home against a Stoke side struggling for goals, the Cherries would be targeting this one
Bounremouth at home versus a fellow struggler, home win for me.
MATCH: Brighton 3 – 1 West Ham
Tough pick here, think West Ham are the better team but Brighton will have targeted points here. A draw will probably suit both in a tight relegation race
Secretly hoping Brighton win so that they can get enough points to avoid the drop but West Ham have a bit more quality about them.
MATCH: Leicester 1 – 1 Swansea
Swansea are playing much better football, but Leicester wont have 70% of possession, meaning less counter attacking.
Swansea have been fantastic lately but Leicester are a proper threat when in the mood.
MATCH: Manchester United 2 – 0 Huddersfield
Easy match to bounce back from the Spurs defeat.
Huddersfield haven’t won in 7, United have too much quality about them.
MATCH: WBA 2 – 3 Southampton
I have no idea which team is more boring to watch, but Sturridge could be a great signing for WBA. Lets go with them beating a poor Southampton side.
I can’t separate these two. WBA had a great FA Cup result against Liverpool but just don’t score enough goals.
MATCH: Arsenal 5 – 1 Everton
Arsenal at home are different to Arsenal away. Only 1 defeat to United all season. Walcott will get a warm welcome. Maybe Aubemeyang will get his first. Should and could be a cracker
Theo Walcott to score on his return to the Emirates?
MATCH: Crystal Palace 1 – 1 Newcastle
Im going against the Toon because they are abject and Roy Hodgson is doing a good job at Crystal Palace
Home advantage versus jsut not good enough. Ashley needs to spend but wants to sell.
MATCH: Liverpool 2 – 2 Tottenham
Liverpool love the big games and will show up here for sure. Can Spurs cope with Salah, while Liverpool cope with Kane?
Could be the game of the round. Both teams have great pace and employ the high press.
MATCH: Watford 4 – 1 Chelsea
Giroud to win it for Chelsea, or to miss an easy chance because he still prefers Arsenal?
Cheslea just seem like a team in disarray, it will literally come down to the personalities in the teams.

This season we score things a little differently, we’ll award 3 points to the outright winner or 1 each for draws. The loser gets none!
